  1. Hi Everyone. A Happy New to all. Hope 2011 brings peace, love, and harmony to you and your families. Our son spent Christmas with us -went home this AM. We really miss him and it was so good to see him relax--we went to a Kundalini class together and meditated together. He is hoping to find a Kundalini class in Winnipeg. After all that rest he looked and sounded so well -- the best gift a mother could have!! I am continuing with meditation in the mornings--glad that I awake so early as it has become my time. Not always easy of late as my mind goes round and round--just not judging myself. Would like to hear from others--how about a check in? Do you propose to keep the maybe continue meditating together?--must admit I miss knowing others are meditating too. I found a great "authentic" Kundalini class--so happy for that!!

New Year. Blessings to all --thanks many times over for this meditation offer, Marie. It has put me on a path of self acknowledgement and love. I am grateful. Love to all, Faye
