Kundalini Yoga for 11/11/11 and Beyond

Even though this Meditation Challenge finished today, 11/11/11 marks the beginning of a new era and it is important to keep up with your Sadhana, whether it be Meditation, Yoga, Walking, Writing in a Journal etc. Here is a Kriya and Meditation if you want to try a Kundalini Set. The Kriya is for a Positive Mind and the meditation is for releasing negativity and developing intuition. Enjoy.

Day 40 - Congratulations!

You've done it!! Today is the last day of the challenge, and the end of what is called the Piscean Age, and now we begn the Aquarian Age which many are celebrating around the world. The vibrational frequency of the planet is accelerating to the frequency of the Heart Centre. As we transition from the Piscean Age we are moving from Love of Power, to Power of Love, from the Ego to the Heart from What can I get to What can I do?

Day 30 - Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to change negative thoughts into positive ones. They may be spoken out loud, repeated as a silent mantra, or you could write them down or get creative and turn them into a melody or song. It is best to make them fairly short, e.g. I have the power to change, I am learning to change my thoughts. Keep them in the present tense and try to use affirmations that suggest the possibility of change. Otherwise if you are feeling really down and you try to say I am happy and content you will not believe it as it will sound phony. Here is a beautiful mantra with Snatam Kaur, enjoy.
