Choose a meditation you will do for 3, 11 or 31 minutes every day.
Stay with the same meditation throughout the challenge.
Try and do the meditation at the same time every day.

Kundalini Yoga for 11/11/11 and Beyond

Even though this Meditation Challenge finished today, 11/11/11 marks the beginning of a new era and it is important to keep up with your Sadhana, whether it be Meditation, Yoga, Walking, Writing in a Journal etc. Here is a Kriya and Meditation if you want to try a Kundalini Set. The Kriya is for a Positive Mind and the meditation is for releasing negativity and developing intuition. Enjoy.
