Setting an Intention


For this challenge we will all do the same meditation.
Om Gan Ganapatye Namaha (Ganesh Mantra)
Try and do the meditation first thing in the morning
Chanting the Mantra will take about 8 minutes - plus a few minutes of silence.

Happy New Year

What a gorgeous day it is here in Vancouver!  Hope you all had a great holiday season and that you are looking forward to the year ahead.  Some of you I know have continued with your meditation - Dianne and Faye still going, Cathy and Sherry and myself changed the meditation but are still continuing. 
Thank you to those who filled in the survey - I hadn't realized it is actually anonymous so I don't know who has completed it except for those of you who added your name to the comments!!
So I'm afraid I have to ask those of you who completed the survey to email me and let me know with the exception of Dorothy, Lindy, Faye, Vivian, Monique and Raven (I have your names).  This is for the chance to win the Indigo Candles.
