Setting an Intention


For this challenge we will all do the same meditation.
Om Gan Ganapatye Namaha (Ganesh Mantra)
Try and do the meditation first thing in the morning
Chanting the Mantra will take about 8 minutes - plus a few minutes of silence.

Lavender Yoga

It's Lavender time again!  Kundalini Yoga starts up again at Full Bloom Lavender Farm, on Saturday May 07 at 9.00AM to 10.30AM and this series will also include Aromatherapy. This week we will be meditating on the beautiful Rose Essential Oil.
