Too busy to meditate? Come back to your breath - you can do this anywhere!
BREATHE CONSCIOUSLY.
Inhale to a count of 5, hold the breath for 5, exhale to a count of 5
OR, Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale mouth, inhale mouth exhale nose and continue for 1-3 minutes.
IT IS THAT SIMPLE!
This time around I am doing a silent meditation, just concentrating on my breath. Really enjoying it...feel so relaxed afterwards.
