Setting an Intention


For this challenge we will all do the same meditation.
Om Gan Ganapatye Namaha (Ganesh Mantra)
Try and do the meditation first thing in the morning
Chanting the Mantra will take about 8 minutes - plus a few minutes of silence.

Day 34 - Let's Check In

Happy Valentines Day for tomorrow.  To celebrate I am giving away a pair of red wax candles.

  1. Here I am at last connecting with all you meditaters. I would love to hear from any of you on the blog or by email. Have had the 24 flu which is nastey. Hope you all stay free of it. Have spent time resting so meditation as I am used to has fallen by the wayside over the last three or so days. Yearning for spring and some sun. I am grateful for my healthy body as this flu could have been so much worse. I am grateful for friends to call when I get restless and need contact with people as I rest and recover. Till we meet again keep well. Faye
